Proactive cars sales system fully automates the purchasing, free zone, sales, customer accounting and customer care functions required for cars retail companies in their day to day operations.
The cars sales module is fully integrated with Proactive Automotive ERP system that extends the automation to the workshop management system, stock control management system and other back and front office modules.
The system supports multi-brands and multi-branches automation and provides our customers with the latest technology that helps them get the best performance with real-time information needed for the different levels of managements.
The system setups and identifies all cars stores/branches of the company and its users privileges to use different system functions as per company policy.
The system also allows the users to setup all car models, types, colour codes, accessories, customers’ data, suppliers, and other basic data required for the system workflow.
The system has three main sub-systems:
- Cars purchasing and pricing sub-system
- Cars Inventory sub-system
- Cars Sales sub-system
Proactive Cars Sales work flow handles all activities related to cars retail business in respect to agencies or distributors starting from purchase orders, receiving cars in free zones, all through reservations and sales activities and ends with customers’ accounts and financial statements with the integration to proactive general ledger system.
The system provides the management with a unique tool for better servicing your customers with real-time information for pre-sales and after sales activities.
